Agape Office AI Main site
AI agents for South African businesses

An easy, boring job that takes you hours? Let's make it automatic. Done in minutes, checked by a person.

Somebody in your office types the same paperwork into a screen every day. We build an AI agent that does that one job for them, put it inside the system you already run, and leave the final say with your staff.

What an agent is

A program that reads and writes like a clerk, and needs checking like one.

An AI agent uses a language model, the kind behind ChatGPT, to do work that used to need a person reading. It can look at a crooked photo of a delivery note and pull out the customer, the product and the quantity. It can draft the reply to the tenth "where is my order" message of the day.

It is bad at knowing when it is wrong. It will read a smudged 8 as a 3 and say so with the same confidence as everything else.

So we never let one save or send anything on its own. The agent does the typing. Your person reads it, fixes what is wrong, and presses the button.

Most of the AI sold to small businesses is a chatbot bolted onto the website. We think that is the wrong place to start. Start with the job your staff hate most.

Built and running

Two agents we run for clients today.

Both live inside Agape Office, the system we build for each client. Neither saves a single field without a person confirming it.

Running

Pallet tickets at a tannery

The yard photographs the ticket stapled to each pallet of hides. The agent reads the batch number, the count and the mass off the photo and fills in the intake form.

The person on the tablet checks each field against the ticket, corrects anything the photo got wrong, and saves.

Running

Deeds Office lodgement covers

A correspondent firm photographs the cover of a lodgement. The agent reads the deed numbers and the parties, and splits a batch of linked lodgements by the firm on each row.

Staff confirm every row before it goes on the register.

We have not published an accuracy figure for either. We have not measured one on enough real paperwork to stand behind it, and a made-up percentage is the first thing a careful buyer should distrust.

What we could build for you

Where an agent usually pays for itself.

These are starting points, not a menu. Your analysis decides which of them is worth building, and sometimes the honest answer is none.

Reading

Paper into your system

Supplier invoices, delivery notes, job cards, weighbridge slips, statements. Photograph or forward it, and the agent fills in the record for someone to check.

Drafting

Replies your staff only approve

The routine email and WhatsApp questions: order status, a quote resend, opening hours. The agent writes the answer from your records and a person sends it.

Answering

Questions about your own records

"Which loads went to site 4 last week?" asked in plain words, answered from your data, with the rows it used listed underneath so anyone can check.

Watching

The things that slip

Unsigned delivery notes, invoices nobody sent, a certificate that expires next month. The agent finds them every morning and puts the list in front of the right person.

How we install one

Narrow first. Then wider, if it earns it.

  1. 01

    Find the job

We sit with the person who does the work and watch what they type, where it comes from, and what goes wrong.

  2. 02

    Build it small

One job, one kind of document, inside your system. You approve the design before we write any of it.

  3. 03

    Run it beside your staff

Thirty days in your real business, free. We count what it gets right and what your staff had to fix.

  4. 04

    Keep it working

One monthly service. When the model changes or your paperwork does, we are the people who fix it.

Rules we keep

What we will and will not do.

  • A person approves.Nothing the agent reads or writes is saved or sent until someone on your staff confirms it.
  • You know where your data goes.POPIA applies. Before we switch anything on, we tell you in writing which model provider sees which documents. We do not train models on your data.
  • No invented savings. We will not quote you hours saved. We count the before and the after in your business and show you both.
  • A rule beats a model when it can. Some of what gets sold as AI is a simple rule in disguise. If a rule does the job, you get the rule, and it costs less to run.
Let's talk

Tell us the job your staff hate most.

We will tell you whether an agent can do it, what it would cost to run, and what still needs a person.
